Warranty for other products

All other non carbon fibre rods and all reels manufactured by Hardy are covered by our Original User Lifetime Warranty against material or manufacturing defects. Our other products, excluding leaders, tippet material and other consumables, carry our original user warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. This warranty applies to products that have been used in the manner that was intended. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or apply to products that have been neglected, altered or abused in any way, nor to any consequential loss relating to any defect. This warranty is given in addition to your statutory rights.

Clothing, Footwear and Wader Returns

Please retain your original proof of purchase as this will be necessary when making a claim.

Due to Health and Safety restrictions we can no longer recieve items of clothing, footwear or waders which are not in a clean and dry condition.

Items returned in a poor condition will not be handled and therefore will not be processed.

Additionally the cost of return carriage will be the responsibility of the customer.
