Andy is an experienced stillwater game angler having lived and worked on the family's picturesque trout fishery, Marton Heath in rural Cheshire, for most of his early life. Andy currently works at South Staffordshire College as a lecturer in Fishery Management at the Rodbaston Campus.

Andy's passion is fishing the UK's large reservoirs and he is a member of the current England Loch Style Team for the Autumn International at the Lake of Menteith. He enjoys fishing small stillwaters with dry fly and buzzer techniques a speciality.

Andy is experienced in fly fishing for Carp and Pike having caught large numbers of double figure fish from local coarse fisheries. In the Winter Andy can be found on the banks of the Rivers Dee and Dove fishing for Grayling.

Andy offers tuition on stillwaters across Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire on either a one-one basis, as a small group or as a corporate package. He also runs a series of junior courses throughout the year at Marton Heath which has seen well over 100 junior anglers try fly fishing with two now fishing for the England Youth Team.
